Vivo X Fold3 Pro is actually getting Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, regular X Fold3 will have Gen 2

According to a report yesterday, the vivo X Fold3 was expected to come with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 as the first foldable. Today, the leakster clarified that the X Fold3 Pro is the phone that will get the new Qualcomm chip. A non-Pro variant, simply called the X Fold3, will be powered by the previous generation flagship SoC.

The Pro also boasts a periscope lens camera combination of 50MP main, 50MP ultrawide and 64MP telephoto. The regular version will stick to more traditional telephoto cameras.

Vivo X Fold3 will have three 50MP cameras – main, ultrawide and telephoto. The third should have 2x optical zoom, and Leakster says digital zoom will reach 40x. The phone will keep the promised slim profile and light body, making it the slimmest foldable on the market.

The foldable Vivo Duo is expected to arrive this month. It could be introduced with the Vivo Pad 3 and Pad 3 Pro tablets about which we have heard virtually nothing However, Vivo has not officially fixed any date for the event.
