Samsung Galaxy F15 is now official with 6,000 mAh battery, Android 14

The alleged price for it was leaked in India last week, and just in time, today Samsung’s Galaxy F15 is finally official, after a bunch of leaks here and there. The phone will be available in India in Ash Black, Groovy Violet and Jazzy Green on March 11 through Flipkart and Samsung India, but there will be an “early sale” starting at 7 pm local time.

The Galaxy F15 is priced at INR 12,999 with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage, or INR 14,499 with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. Interestingly, both these are priced INR 500 less than rumoured

The Galaxy F15 features a 6.6-inch 1080×2340 90 Hz AMOLED screen, a waterdrop notch, MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC, a triple rear camera system (50MP main, 5MP ultrawide, 2MP macro), a 13MP selfie camera with power button.

A side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a 6,000 mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging (but no charger in the box). It runs Android 14 with One UI 6 on top. It will receive four Android updates and five years of security patches.

If these specs sound familiar, that’s because we’ve seen them before on the Galaxy A15 5G, save for one: the 6,000 mAh battery. This is where the F15 differs from its near-twin, giving you 1,000 mAh more, otherwise they’re essentially identical.
