Nothing Phone (2a) detailed specs surface, official wallpapers in toll

Nothing’s upcoming midranger, the Nothing Phone (2a), has been the subject of numerous leaks over the past few weeks as its launch date is set for MWC 2024. Debut and current reports point to MWC 2024 for multiple rumored phones (2a).

But apart from the release date, today’s leak from Smartprix confirms most of the specs details and something previously known. Starting with the display, it will likely be a 6.7-inch AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1084 x 2412px resolution manufactured by BOE and Visionox. A Dimensty 7200 chip will be at the core.

The rear camera hardware includes a 50MP Samsung S5KNG9 1/1.5″ main sensor, paired with a 50MP Samsung S5KJN1 1/2.76″ ultrawide camera, while the front will likely feature Sony’s 32MP IMX615 shooter.

As a bonus, the leakers have revealed the official wallpapers that come with the Nothing Phone (2a).
When it comes to availability, the report suggests a wider reach than the Nothing Phone (2). There will be four variants in total – for India, Europe, Japan and global markets. The black and white menu will have color, but one of the paint jobs may come out at a later date.
