Honor 90’s India launch date announced

The Honor 90, which was unveiled in China in May and launched internationally in July, will launch in India on September 14, marking the brand’s return to the Indian smartphone market after a nearly three-year hiatus led by former Realme India CEO. Madhav Seth.

Judging by the teaser, the Indian unit of the Honor 90 will be the same as the global model. The brand has confirmed that it will sport a 200MP primary and 50MP selfie camera and will run Android 13-based MagicOS 7.1 out of the box. It will pack a curved display with 1.5K resolution and 1,600 nits peak brightness.

Assuming the rest of the specs are the same as the global model, the Indian Honor 90 will come with Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 Accelerated Edition, 16GB RAM and up to 512GB storage and a 6.7″ 120Hz AMOLED screen with UD fingerprint scanner. 200MP primary camera with 12MP ultrawide and 2MP depth unit. And rounding out the package will be a 5,000 mAh battery with 66W wired charging.
